An ESA is a contract between Clyde E. Smith Inc. and our valued customers where we agree to provide you with precision bi-annual tune-ups and professional cleanings based on the term you sign up for.
HVAC manufacturers recommend that you service your system twice a year. This keeps the system running at peak operating efficiency and can save you money in the long run, as regularly maintained equipment is less prone to breakdown.
-
We calculate our ESA fee based on term agreements that come in 1, 2, or 3 year contracts. Cost is also determined by whether it is a residential or commercial building, as well as the type and amount of HVAC equipment you have per location.

First we ask you to fill out our ESA form here on our website using the links below. If you are a brand new or existing customer who is signing up for an ESA for the first time, click the first button and fill out the form. Returning customers who want to renew an ESA, click the second button to fill out the form.
Once our team has time to build your estimate based on the term and amount/type of equipment you have, we will send a quote and contract to you via email.
Once you sign the contract and payment is received, we will reach out to schedule your tune-ups for the entire contract period. We will then send reminders at the start of the month when your service is due.
Our technicians will then perform a thorough inspection and service of your HVAC equipment to ensure everything is operating properly and efficiently. If any issues are identified, they will bring them to your attention and recommend any necessary repairs.
Any repairs found necessary during the term of the maintenance contract will receive a 15% discount (this does not include diagnostic fees for services required outside of the scheduled tune-ups). ESA members also get preferential scheduling before non-ESA members for service calls, and will never pay an overtime charge for emergency services or Holiday emergency services.
Please note that for first time customers, the quoted price will be an estimate that will be recalculated after our technicians confirm the type of equipment your home has.
